Our Story

Garage Gym Revisited was founded in early 2023. The timing was pivotal, as the world was emerging from the grip of Covid-19 restrictions. We foresaw the importance of preparedness for the future and didn’t want anyone to ever be caught off guard again by potential gym lockdowns.

We also realized that there were a lot of people like us who simply preferred working out at home!

This mission-driven approach has been at the core of our website since its inception, and it continues to drive us forward. Over time, our content has evolved to encompass a broader spectrum of fitness ventures, including activities such as rucking and tactical fitness. We’ve also participated in various fitness events, providing personal perspectives from various fitness seminars, training sessions and competitions.

Our humble blog has transformed into a thriving community, thanks to the dedication of our talented team and the unwavering support of our readers.
