“How much is CrossFit?”
The question is difficult to answer.
whether in objective or subjective terms.
The only definite answer? CrossFit is not cheap.
Let’s take a look at the price of CrossFit around the world!
Fran is one of the most, if not THE most famous Crossfit named workout. One of “The Girls” of Crossfit, Fran is a short, tight couplet of thrusters and pull-ups.
If you’re not properly spacing your breaths during the thrusters, you’ll feel like you’re drowning in a sea of barbells. This special kind of fatigue that doesn’t just make breathing feel impossible, it jacks your heart rate up to “11”.
Hotel gyms can be VERY hit or miss.
Admittedly, most are miss.
However, even a bad hotel gym isn’t an excuse for slacking while you’re on the road. I lived in hotels for years and always managed to have excellent hotel CrossFit workouts.

CrossFit DT is a famous hero WOD that involves familiar movements and only a few pieces of equipment.
It is straightforward enough for beginners to perform, however, in recent years, new variations have been introduced to challenge even elite CrossFitters.
